Decades of Expertise in
Agricultural & Commercial Valuation
Our Legacy
Agri/Com Appraisals has served Eastern Washington, Oregon, and Idaho for over 20 years. Founded by Dick Pulis—who began his career in 1961 with the Federal Land Bank—our firm was built on a foundation of deep-rooted agricultural knowledge. In 2004, Jim McCullough joined the firm, bringing a lifelong background in Pacific Northwest farming to the team.
Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice
Today, we continue that legacy of excellence, providing reports that strictly comply with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).

The Gold Standard: Certified General Appraiser
As a Certified General Appraiser, Jim McCullough holds the highest level of real estate appraisal licensure issued by the state.
